As moms, wives, and professionals, we rarely carve out time just for ourselves. Between coordinating school carpools, packing lunches, juggling after-school activities, and planning dinners, our days are packed. But when the opportunity arises to take some time for yourself, I say—make it magical and take it to Disney!
Of course, it takes effort to make this happen. Before our trip, we made sure our jobs were covered, the household was running smoothly, and all the details were handled in our absence. Once everything was in place, we could truly relax and focus on enjoying the experience.
That’s exactly what my friends and I did. We all came to the table with different ideas and worked together to plan the ultimate Disney getaway. It was a chance to laugh, reconnect, and make memories that were just for us—and it was so worth it.
Here is the original document/plan that we all agreed on.
